In order to finish tasks on time and launch Shibarium—a revolutionary layer-2 blockchain—as soon as possible, the Shiba Inu team is working tirelessly.
After meeting with principal Shiba Inu creator Shytoshi Kusama, Lucie, the marketing lead for the Shibarium ecosystem, disclosed this strategy plan. The commentator reaffirmed the team’s commitment to make the Shibarium network completely functional and independent by December 2025 in a tweet on Thursday, when it will unveil its vast potential.
“After speaking with Shytoshi Kusama, I’m not sure how much I can say, but I will say this: We want to finish everything by the end of the year, with the full implementation of our goal planned for 2024–2025. Even if it’s not a given, that is our sincere hope. Written by Lucie.
After completing all tasks, Lucie underlined the potential revolutionary effect on Shibarium and the significant utility that would be unleashed for ecosystem tokens like BONE and SHIB. She also mentioned how this development would result in a large decrease in SHIB by increasing the use of decentralized applications (DApps).
Especially since the current technique needs human burning, the SHIB community has been eagerly awaiting the launch of an automatic SHIB burning mechanism through Shibarium transaction costs. Over the last two months, hand burns have greatly decreased the amount of SHIB tokens in circulation; however, an automated process could expedite the decline of SHIB, raising the token’s intrinsic value to the highly desired $0.001 price trajectory.
This announcement highlights Shiba Inu’s committed growth and the vibrant community surrounding the meme coin, and comes only one week after Lucie unveiled an ambitious plan to enroll 1,000 new projects onto the Shibarium network. Lucie made it clear in her post that adding new projects to Shibarium is not meant to override those that already exist.
She added, “Shibarium is attracting important and strategic partnerships that will boost growth and bring positive fundamentals to BONE, SHIB, and LEASH,” in a tweet on January 30.
She also revealed that, in keeping with the ShibArmy’s motto of “supporting those who support us,” she has been actively in approaching partners with inquiries regarding their services for the SHIB community, including inquiries of prospective SHIB burns.
